Mohawk Hudson Land Conservancy Protects 105-acre Worlds End Farm

Worlds End School and the Mohawk Hudson Land Conservancy (MHLC) are pleased to announce the completion of a conservation easement that will permanently protect the 105-acre Worlds End Farm.
